What we collect
When you run a free report card, we receive the business name, city, business type and optional service you enter. When you join early access or ask for your full report, we also receive your email address and, if you add it, your business name. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, which we use only to limit abuse of the free check.
How we use it
We use what you enter to run your check, send the report you asked for, and contact you about Evnie. To run a check, we send a customer-style question containing your business type, city and service to AI providers (OpenAI, Google and Perplexity). Your email address is never sent to them.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with other companies for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Check results are stored for up to 12 hours so repeat checks load faster. Early-access sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them.
